Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Welcome to Buddha Sacred Arts.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://buddhasacredarts.com (the “Website”), including your purchase of products, use of Website features, communications with us and any other services made available through the Website.

The Website is operated as Buddha Sacred Arts. Throughout these Terms, “Buddha Sacred Arts”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of Buddha Sacred Arts and the Website. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or other person accessing or using the Website.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website or place an order through it.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund or Returns Policy and any other policies displayed on the Website. If there is an inconsistency, any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited will prevail.

Our online store is supported by third-party technology providers, including Shopify. Those providers supply technology and infrastructure to enable our online store but are not the seller of Buddha Sacred Arts products unless expressly stated otherwise.

1. ABOUT BUDDHA SACRED ARTS

Buddha Sacred Arts is an online retailer specialising in Buddhist and Himalayan-inspired art, handicrafts and culturally significant decorative items.

Our collection may include Thangka paintings, framed or brocade-mounted Thangkas, singing bowls, Buddhist pendants and lockets, ritual and decorative objects, jewellery, handmade crafts and other related products.

Many items available through Buddha Sacred Arts are handmade or produced using traditional artistic techniques. Some products may be created by individual artists, craftspeople, workshops or artisans based in Nepal and other regions associated with these artistic traditions.

The handmade nature of our products is an important part of their character and should be considered when purchasing from us.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using the Website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under the age required to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Where you make a purchase on behalf of a company, organisation or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity or person to these Terms.

3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Website functionality, products, payment systems, legal requirements or operating practices.

The current version will be available on this page and will display the date on which it was most recently updated.

Changes will generally apply from the time they are published and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to orders already completed, except where a change is required by law.

Continued use of the Website after updated Terms take effect will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

4. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use the Website only for lawful personal or commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

You must not use the Website to engage in illegal activity, interfere with Website security, distribute malicious software, gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, impersonate another person, provide deliberately false information, interfere with other customers, collect personal information without authority, or use automated technology in a way that damages or materially interferes with the Website.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, checkout restrictions, security features, purchasing restrictions or other technical measures implemented by us or our service providers.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe a user is engaging in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or harmful conduct.

5. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND HANDMADE ITEMS

Many Buddha Sacred Arts products are individually handmade, hand-painted, hand-finished or produced using natural or traditional materials.

As a result, reasonable variations may occur between individual products.

These variations may include differences in colour, brushwork, texture, mineral pigmentation, gold application, fabric, embroidery, brocade pattern, shape, dimensions, weight, surface markings, engraving, metal finish and other handmade characteristics.

These variations are generally part of the individual character of handcrafted products and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

Where a product is described as unique, original, one-of-a-kind or individually handmade, the product delivered may possess characteristics specific to that particular piece.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is materially different from its description, damaged, faulty or otherwise fails to satisfy rights that apply under consumer law.

6. PRODUCT IMAGES AND COLOUR REPRESENTATION

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and represent our products accurately.

However, colours and visual details may appear differently depending on screen calibration, monitor type, mobile device, brightness settings, photography lighting and environmental conditions.

Photographs may also be taken in styled environments or contain display accessories that are not included with the product. The applicable product description will identify what is included in the purchase.

Images may sometimes be enlarged or shown close-up to illustrate craftsmanship and detail.

For handmade products, photographs should be considered together with the written description, specifications and dimensions.

Where the actual product being sold is photographed individually, we endeavour to make this clear on the relevant listing.

7. PRODUCT DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT

Dimensions and weights listed on the Website are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because many products are handmade, minor differences may occur.

Measurements may also vary slightly depending on whether an artwork is measured by its painted area, canvas, brocade, frame or overall dimensions.

Packaging dimensions and shipping weight may be different from the dimensions and weight of the product itself.

If exact measurements are essential for a particular display area, frame, altar or other purpose, please contact us before ordering.

8. CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL INFORMATION

Our Website may contain information about Buddhist traditions, Buddhist figures, deities, symbolism, meditation, Tibetan or Himalayan culture, iconography, rituals, historical practices and the traditional meanings associated with particular artworks or objects.

This information is provided for cultural, historical, educational and descriptive purposes.

References to qualities traditionally associated with an artwork or object — including compassion, healing, protection, prosperity, meditation, good fortune, spiritual development or similar concepts — describe religious, cultural or traditional beliefs.

Buddha Sacred Arts does not guarantee that purchasing, possessing or displaying a particular product will produce any specific spiritual, physical, psychological, financial or other outcome.

Information on our Website should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, financial, religious or professional advice.

9. AVAILABILITY

Products are subject to availability.

Because some items may be unique or available in very limited quantities, an item appearing on the Website does not guarantee continued availability.

Products may also be sold through other channels or become unavailable before Website inventory is updated.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include offering an alternative or issuing a refund.

We may discontinue products at any time.

10. PRICES

Prices displayed on the Website may change from time to time.

A change in price will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error or where otherwise permitted by law.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your selected region, location or currency preference.

Where currency conversion is used, displayed prices may be calculated using exchange-rate information supplied by Shopify, payment providers or other currency services. Exchange rates can fluctuate.

The amount ultimately charged may also be affected by your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, payment processor or currency-conversion provider.

Buddha Sacred Arts is not responsible for separate foreign-exchange charges or international transaction fees imposed independently by your financial institution.

11. TAXES, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Taxes applicable to your order may depend on your location, delivery destination and applicable laws.

Where taxes are collected during checkout, they will generally be displayed before payment is completed.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance costs or other government charges may apply when your package enters the destination country.

Unless the Website or checkout expressly states that these costs are included, such charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs rules vary significantly between countries.

Customers are responsible for checking applicable import requirements before ordering where relevant.

We cannot guarantee that a particular product may be imported into every country. If a product is subject to import restrictions in your destination, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws unless responsibility is imposed on us by law.

12. ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.

We may review orders for stock availability, payment authorisation, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or other legitimate operational reasons before accepting them.

If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you.

We may reasonably limit product quantities where necessary to prevent fraud, inventory manipulation or purchases clearly intended to circumvent stated purchasing restrictions.

13. ORDER CANCELLATION BY BUDDHA SACRED ARTS

We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a material Website or pricing error has occurred, payment has not been authorised, fraud is reasonably suspected, shipping to the specified location is unavailable or fulfilment would breach applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received and no goods are supplied, the amount paid for the cancelled product will be refunded.

Nothing in this provision allows us to cancel an order in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer law.

14. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and current information when making a purchase.

This includes your name, billing details, delivery address, email address, telephone number and any other information reasonably necessary to process your order.

You are responsible for checking your delivery information before submitting an order.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process.

15. PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, credit card networks, PayPal, digital-wallet providers or other payment processors made available through the Website.

We generally do not directly store complete payment-card information where payment processing is performed by an authorised third-party provider.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

We may delay fulfilment while a payment is pending, under review or awaiting confirmation.

16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will ordinarily be presented on the Website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

International shipments may be affected by customs processing, weather, public holidays, courier delays, transportation disruptions, security checks, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone can receive the shipment where signature or secure delivery is required.

If a shipment is returned because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, or the recipient failed to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent, to the extent permitted by law.

Our Shipping Policy contains additional information about processing and delivery.

17. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buddha Sacred Arts may sell and ship products internationally.

Delivery availability may vary by product and country.

We reserve the right not to ship to destinations where reliable delivery is unavailable, where international sanctions or legal restrictions apply, where importation of a product may be prohibited, or where shipping presents an unreasonable operational or security risk.

International customers should ensure that the products they purchase can lawfully be imported into their destination.

Customs authorities may open or inspect packages in accordance with local law. Such inspections are outside our control.

18. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment appears to have been lost or arrives materially damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details.

For damaged shipments, we may request photographs of the external packaging, shipping label, internal packaging and damaged product so that we can investigate the matter with the courier or insurance provider.

You should retain damaged packaging until we confirm that it is no longer required.

We will handle lost or damaged shipment claims in accordance with applicable consumer law, our relevant policies and the circumstances of the shipment.

19. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund or Returns Policy together with any rights provided by applicable law.

Any voluntary change-of-mind return policy we offer is separate from your statutory consumer rights.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products that are faulty, materially misdescribed, damaged where responsibility rests with us, or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees will be handled according to applicable law.

Change-of-mind eligibility may be subject to separate conditions stated in our Returns Policy.

20. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Where you are entitled to protections under the Australian Consumer Law, those protections apply in addition to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

Depending on the circumstances, consumers may have rights to repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation where goods or services fail to satisfy applicable statutory guarantees.

Any limitation or exclusion in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND COUPON CODES

From time to time we may offer promotions, sales, discount codes or other incentives.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and may have expiry dates, minimum-order requirements, geographic restrictions or product exclusions.

Discount codes must be entered before completion of checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may cancel or refuse a promotional code that has been published or distributed by mistake, obtained fraudulently, manipulated or used contrary to its stated conditions, subject to applicable law.

Promotions may be changed or withdrawn prospectively.

22. GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT

If gift cards or store credit become available through Buddha Sacred Arts, additional conditions displayed at the time of purchase or issue may apply.

Any expiry dates, fees, refund rules or restrictions will be subject to applicable Australian law.

Store credit and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

23. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

The Website may allow customers to create accounts.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should not knowingly permit unauthorised access to your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or comply with legal obligations.

24. PRODUCT REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials or other material through the Website or our social-media channels.

You must have the right to submit any content you provide.

Your content must not knowingly contain unlawful material, malicious code, defamatory statements, false claims, confidential information belonging to another person or material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

When you voluntarily submit content to us for publication, you grant Buddha Sacred Arts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and adapt that content for purposes connected with operating and promoting Buddha Sacred Arts, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights you hold in your original content.

We may moderate or remove customer content where reasonably necessary, including where it is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant or infringes another person's rights.

We will not manipulate customer reviews in a way that is misleading or deceptive.

25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and original materials created for Buddha Sacred Arts — including our branding, logos, photography, product photography, written descriptions, graphics, Website layout, promotional materials and other original content — are owned by or licensed to Buddha Sacred Arts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use Website content for ordinary personal shopping and informational purposes.

You must not reproduce, commercially distribute, sell, republish or exploit Buddha Sacred Arts proprietary material without permission except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive ownership of traditional Buddhist teachings, public-domain religious symbols, historical iconography or cultural concepts merely because they are referenced or depicted on our Website.

26. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Some products may incorporate traditional designs, religious iconography, artist-created work or material in which rights belong to third parties.

We respect third-party intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content appearing on the Website infringes intellectual-property rights that you own or are authorised to represent, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate.

27. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Website may integrate with or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies, social-media platforms, analytics providers and other technology services.

A link or integration does not necessarily mean that Buddha Sacred Arts controls or endorses every aspect of that third party.

Your interaction with an external website or service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, services or conduct except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

28. SHOPIFY AND E-COMMERCE INFRASTRUCTURE

Our store may use Shopify technology to operate the Website, checkout, customer accounts, payment integrations and related e-commerce functions.

Use of Shopify technology does not transfer responsibility for the sale of Buddha Sacred Arts products to Shopify.

Certain functions may also depend upon third-party applications integrated with Shopify.

Temporary outages, maintenance or technical interruptions affecting these platforms may occasionally make portions of the Website unavailable.

29. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We endeavour to provide accurate product descriptions, prices and other information.

However, occasional typographical errors, incorrect specifications, technical errors or omissions may occur.

Where an obvious error is identified, we may correct it.

If an error materially affects an order that you have already submitted, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and provide an appropriate remedy or option consistent with applicable law.

We are not required to honour an obviously incorrect price caused by a genuine technical or clerical error where doing so is not required by applicable law.

30. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We do not promise that the Website will operate continuously without interruption.

We may perform maintenance, update Website functionality, change hosting arrangements or temporarily restrict features for operational, security or technical reasons.

Where reasonably possible, such actions will be undertaken in a manner intended to minimise disruption.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, browser, operating system or network.

31. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must not use Buddha Sacred Arts or its Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

In particular, you must not intentionally introduce malware or harmful code, interfere with Website infrastructure, attempt unauthorised access, conduct fraudulent transactions, use stolen payment details, engage in phishing, falsely impersonate another person, scrape the Website excessively, circumvent technical restrictions, manipulate reviews or promotions, infringe intellectual-property rights or use Website content to facilitate unlawful conduct.

We may take reasonable measures to protect our Website, customers and business against such activity.

32. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal information submitted through the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Our Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used or disclosed, the service providers that may process information on our behalf, and the choices available to you.

Please review our Privacy Policy before providing personal information.

33. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Website may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for necessary Website functionality, shopping-cart operation, security, analytics, personalisation and marketing purposes.

Further information about these technologies and available choices should be set out in our Privacy Policy or cookie settings where applicable.

Third-party services integrated into our Website may also use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies and applicable laws.

34. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may receive information about new products, collections, promotions, educational content or other Buddha Sacred Arts news.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in those communications or other methods made available by us.

Transactional communications relating to an order, account, customer-service request or legal notice may still be sent when necessary even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing from Buddha Sacred Arts unless clearly stated and legally permitted.

35. SMS OR MOBILE MESSAGING

If Buddha Sacred Arts introduces an SMS or mobile-message program, participation will be voluntary and any specific mobile messaging terms displayed when you enrol will also apply.

Message frequency may vary and your telecommunications provider may charge message or data fees.

Where required, customers will be provided with a method of withdrawing consent or unsubscribing.

You are responsible for ensuring that any mobile number supplied to us belongs to you or that you have authority to use it.

36. SECURITY

We and our technology providers use measures intended to protect the Website and customer information.

However, no internet transmission or online storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when using online services, including maintaining secure passwords and protecting your devices.

If you become aware of suspected unauthorised activity involving your Buddha Sacred Arts account or an order, please contact us promptly.

37. FRAUD PREVENTION

Orders may be subject to fraud-prevention and security checks.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify an order where there are genuine security concerns.

We may delay or cancel an order where we reasonably believe payment information has been used without authorisation or that the transaction involves fraud.

Information may be shared with payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers or authorities where necessary and legally permitted.

38. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that Website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Information of a general cultural, historical, spiritual or educational nature on the Website is provided for general information and should not be treated as professional advice.

However, nothing in this section excludes any guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

39. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer-protection legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddha Sacred Arts will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable and that do not arise from a breach of a non-excludable statutory obligation.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside our reasonable control, by inaccurate information supplied by a customer, or by a customer's misuse of a product, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

Where the law allows a liability to be limited rather than excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent legally permitted and reasonable in the circumstances.

40. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Decorative, ceremonial, jewellery and religious products should be used in a manner appropriate to their materials and construction.

Some products may contain small components and may not be suitable for young children.

Metal objects, jewellery, natural materials, pigments, fabrics and finishes may require appropriate care.

Any product-specific care or safety instructions provided by us should be followed.

Nothing in this provision limits our responsibility for supplying products that comply with applicable mandatory safety and consumer requirements.

41. INDEMNITY FOR MISUSE

To the extent permitted by law, if your deliberate unlawful conduct, fraudulent activity, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms causes Buddha Sacred Arts to suffer a direct third-party claim or loss, you may be responsible for that loss to the extent it was caused by your conduct.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Buddha Sacred Arts for losses caused by Buddha Sacred Arts' own wrongdoing, negligence, statutory breach or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be transferred.

42. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, industrial action, widespread internet or infrastructure failures, courier disruptions, epidemics or other comparable events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.

This section does not remove rights that customers have under mandatory consumer law.

43. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF WEBSITE ACCESS

You may stop using the Website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate a user's access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, serious misuse of the Website or a material breach of these Terms.

Termination of Website access does not remove rights or obligations relating to transactions completed before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination — including intellectual-property provisions, accrued payment obligations and applicable liability provisions — will continue where legally appropriate.

44. DISPUTES AND CUSTOMER CONCERNS

If you experience a problem with an order or our service, we encourage you to contact Buddha Sacred Arts first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

Please provide your order number and sufficient information for us to investigate your concern.

Nothing in this section restricts your right to contact a consumer-protection authority, payment provider, court, tribunal or another dispute-resolution service where you are legally entitled to do so.

45. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia that apply in New South Wales.

Subject to any mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms may be dealt with by courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in New South Wales.

If you are purchasing from another country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your place of residence that cannot legally be excluded by these Terms.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of such non-excludable rights.

46. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

If that is not possible, the relevant part will be severed.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate.

47. NO WAIVER

If Buddha Sacred Arts does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean that we have permanently waived that right.

A waiver applies only where it is clearly made and only to the particular circumstances to which it relates.

48. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person where doing so would materially affect our rights or obligations without our consent.

We may transfer rights connected with the operation of Buddha Sacred Arts as part of a legitimate sale, restructure or transfer of the business, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your consumer rights.

49. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them and any specific terms agreed at the time of purchase, constitute the agreement relating to your use of the Website and purchases from Buddha Sacred Arts.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

50. HEADINGS

Section headings are included to make these Terms easier to read.

They do not alter the meaning or interpretation of the provisions.

51. CONTACTING BUDDHA SACRED ARTS

Questions about these Terms, an order or your use of the Website can be submitted through the contact options available at:

Buddha Sacred Arts
Website: https://buddhasacredarts.com

Please include your order number where your enquiry relates to an existing purchase.

IMPORTANT CONSUMER NOTICE

Nothing contained in these Terms, our Refund or Returns Policy, Shipping Policy or any other Buddha Sacred Arts policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-excludable legal right, the applicable legal right will prevail.
